Understand the ISR difference and how our experience has shaped our program.
Our ISR infant swim program centers on one of the most critical water safety skills a baby can learn: the Rollback-to-Float technique. Designed specifically for the youngest swimmers, this curriculum builds foundational breath control, proper body positioning, and the ability to independently roll onto their back and sustain a float for extended periods.
Because aquatic emergencies don't wait for ideal conditions, every student practices their floating skills fully dressed — including a diaper, clothing, and shoes — so they're prepared for real-world situations no matter where or when they arise.
Infants and toddlers learn best through consistency and repetition, which is why ISR students meet one-on-one with their instructor for focused 10-minute sessions, four days a week (Monday–Thursday), over roughly six weeks to complete the program.
Give your baby a foundation of confidence and competence in the water with expert-led ISR swim instruction.
